The Reputation feature is useful to:
If you completed the onboarding you just need to connect you Google and Facebook accounts to start using most Reputation features.
Simply navigate to Reputation → Manage and select the platforms you want to connect.
We strongly recommend connecting Google My Business (GMB), as it offers the most comprehensive data.
If you don’t have a GMB account, follow these instructions to create one.
You can also connect other platforms, such as Tripadvisor, YellowPages, and others where your business is receiving or may receive reviews. Once connected, any review published on those platforms will also appear in Jooice.
Our AI can generate responses to these reviews; however, direct replies through Jooice aren’t available yet. To respond, you’ll need to copy the generated answer and log in to the respective platform separately.
You can always access the original review by selecting it within Jooice.
When you purchase a Bundle, your Google and Facebook connections for a location will be shared between Reputation and Listing. However, these connections will not apply to Social Posting.
If you operate multiple locations, check out our guide here: [link].
Many multi-location brands choose to use a single Facebook page for all their locations. If that’s the case for your business, please note:
If you've purchased a Bundle and connect Facebook to Reputation, Facebook will automatically be connected for listings as well.
This means the information from your individual location in Jooice will be uploaded to Facebook—potentially displaying details that don’t match what you want shown on your main Facebook page.
Only connect Facebook if you want the data from this specific location to sync directly to your Facebook page.
A: Connections on Listing and Reputation may take as long as 5 days to connect. We are working on improving how connections work as we recognize that many users are concerned about these delays.
A: The connection with Google and Facebook will work only if the name, full address and postal code are the same, and only if there aren't other locations with the same name, full address and postal code in our databases.
To connect Google, you must have access to the corresponding, validated Google My Business (GMB) account.
To connect Facebook, you must have Administrator access to the corresponding Facebook Page.
