Your Facebook connection links to your business's Facebook page through your personal account. Ensure that the page is public and managed by the account you are connecting to Jooice.

Instagram

Requirements:

• A Facebook page managed by the connected account
• An Instagram Business or Content Creator account

Since Instagram connects to Jooice through your Facebook account, make sure your Instagram page is linked to it.

Google My Business

Requirements:

• A verified My Business location

Your Google My Business location must exist on Google, be visible, and be approved. You can confirm this by searching for it on Google Maps.

No prerequisites are required.

LinkedIn
